<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage element having excellent low-resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A power storage element includes at least an element 1 in which sheet-like cathodes 2 and sheet-like anodes 3 are laminated with separators 4 interposed between the cathode and the anode and which comprises: lead parts 2c formed at two opposite parts on an outer peripheral surface and each drawing out an electrode from the cathode 2; and lead parts 3c formed at two opposite parts on an outer peripheral surface except for the lead parts 2c and each drawing out an electrode from the anode 3. The separator 4 comprises: a plurality of separating parts 4a interposed between the cathodes 2 and the anodes 3; and relay parts 4b connecting the separating parts 4a to each other. The separator 4 is bent at a part of the relay parts 4b to be alternately folded from the opposite direction so that the separating parts 4a is laminated.
