<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device in which displacement of a vibrator is hard to be suppressed, a large displacement amount can be obtained and the number of components and a work process do not increase. <P>SOLUTION: In the vibration device 1, a frame-like supporting body 4 is bonded to an extending portion 3B positioned outside a diaphragm laminate portion 3A in which a supporting sheet 3 is bonded to a diaphragm 2 and to which the diaphragm of the supporting sheet 3 is bonded by leaving an interval with an outer peripheral edge of the diaphragm 2. An opening of the frame-like supporting body 4 has a polygonal shape. An elastic modulus of a supporting sheet part bonded to the frame-like supporting body 4 at corners 4e to 4h in the opening of the frame-like supporting body 4 is made higher than the elastic modulus of the supporting sheet part bonded to the frame-like supporting body 4 in a center of sides 4a to 4d of the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
