<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the saturation of a detected value in a radiation detector without changing the property itself of the radiation generated by a radiation generator in a bone salt quantity measuring instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The bone salt quantity measuring instrument 10 has the radiation generator 26 accommodated in the body part casing 24 and the radiation detector 30 accommodated in the arm part casing 28. The radiation generator 26 is conveyed in a horizontal direction and the radiation detector 30 is conveyed obliquely to the horizontal direction. The radiation generator generating radiation having a beam shape broadening toward the end is used as the radiation generator 26. The bone salt quantity measuring instrument 10 contains reference data with a subject 22 not interposed between the radiation generator 26 and the radiation detector 30 and obtains subject diagnosing data with the subject 22 interposed between the radiation generator 26 and the radiation detector 30 and with the radiation generator 26 and the radiation detector 30 conveyed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
