<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bonding strength and airtightness of an airtight container. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the airtight container includes an assembly process and a bonding process. In the assembly process, a frame body 18 is constituted in a frame shape having separate parts B, D, F, and H which are each separated at one place, a first bonding member 3 is arranged at the separate part, and a second bonding member 1 in a frame shape along the frame body 18 is arranged between a first substrate 12 and the frame body 18. In the bonding process, the first bonding member 3 and second bonding member 1 are heated and fused with scanning local heating light 41 to achieve bonding. When the local heating light 41 is scanned toward a bonded part of the second bonding member along an unbonded part of the second bonding member 1, a separate part in an unbonded state is arranged between a downstream-side end of the scanning and the bonded part, and the order of scanning of the local heating light 41 is so determined that the local heating light 41 is firstly scanned up to the downstream-side end, and then an unbonded separate part between the bonded part and downstream-side end is irradiated with the local heating light 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
