<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic concentration method for efficiently concentrating trace solute present in solvent at low costs in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: After treated water W1 is poured in a treatment tank 2 so that volume ratio of the treated water W1 becomes twenty times as large as or more than that of chloroform W2, first ultrasound of low frequency is radiated, so that the chloroform W2 is dispersed in the treated water W1. In so doing, by aluminum contained in the treated water W1 being in contact with the chloroform W2, the chloroform W2 extracts aluminum, and concentration of the aluminum in the chloroform W2 is raised. Then, second ultrasound of higher frequency than the first ultrasound is radiated, so that the chloroform W2 dispersed in the treated water W1 is concentrated, when the chloroform W2 is gathered on a bottom part of the treatment tank 2 by difference in density. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
