<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bearing rigidity and to achieve cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: Oil films are formed in radial bearing gaps of first/second radial bearing parts R1, R2 to rotatably support a shaft member 2. A bearing sleeve 8 and the shaft member 2 are stored inside a housing 7, an internal space of the housing 7 is filled with lubrication oil, and an opening part of the housing 7 is sealed by a sealing member 9. A first sealing space S1 is formed on an inner peripheral surface 9a2 of the sealing member 9.
