<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an inspection of a spring characteristic of an outer pin spring with a double pin lock mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A step part 21 for regulating the projection by locking the outer pin 11 is formed around the opening of a storage hole 12 of the double pin lock mechanism 9. Thus, the outer pin 11 is not separated from the storage hole 12 even when a ring bush 14 is removed.
