CAMERA SHAKE CORRECTION UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera shake correction unit capable of obtaining a good image signal with sufficient radiation of heat generated by an image pickup device or an electric component for controlling the image pickup device.

SOLUTION: A camera shake correction unit to perform a camera shake correction operation by shifting an image pickup device comprises: a fixed frame 5; the image pickup device 16; a Y movable frame 8 supported so as to be movable with respect to the fixed frame 5 along a Y direction in a plane parallel to a light receiving surface of the image pickup device 16; a Y drive section to drive the Y movable frame 8; an X movable frame 10 which supports the image pickup device 16 and is supported so as to be movable along the Y direction with the Y movable frame 8 and is supported so as to be movable with respect to the Y movable frame 8 along an X direction intersecting with the Y direction in the light receiving surface of the image pickup device 16; an X drive section to drive the X movable frame 10; and a heat sink 11 which is supported by the fixed frame 5, arranged at a position opposite to the X movable frame 10 and is made of shape memory alloy.
