The sign (1) has a side wall (2), and a cover wall (3) arranged at a visible face of the sign. The side wall consists of a blank made of a metal sheet, where the side wall and the cover wall are connected and glued together. A metal sheet of the cover wall has thickness, which is 50 percent larger than thickness of the metal sheet of the side wall. The cover wall is passed along an edge in an outer curvature or a chamfer (31) in the side wall. A frame-like reinforcing wall is arranged at distance from the cover wall at the interior of the sign and is glued with the side wall.
