PURPOSE: A producing method of a lubricant for wire drawing is provided to offer cooling and cleaning properties of the lubricant to wires, and to prevent the contamination of a working space by dust generated from using a dry lubricant. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a lubricant for wire drawing comprises the following steps: heating and diluting a first mixture of soap and water, and adding carbon lime powder before heating the first mixture; adding flour into the heated first mixture before secondly heating and diluting the first mixture; heating and diluting a second mixture of soap and water, and adding dough obtained by mixing glutinous rice flour and flour; heating the mixture before adding waste oil and grease into the second mixture; and secondly heating and diluting the second mixture; and mixing the first and second mixtures before heating. |
