<p>PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a flexible dye sense solar cell is provided to offer high energy conversion efficiency with simple process and affordable price by transferring a flexible dye sense solar cell to a flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION: A sacrificial layer(120) is formed on a base material substrate(110). A dye sense solar cell module is manufactured on the sacrificial layer. Laser is irradiated to the base material substrate. The base material substrate and the dye sense solar cell module are separated. The dye sense solar cell module which is separated is transferred to a flexible substrate.</p> |
