PURPOSE: A device powered by a permanent magnet is provided to obtain environmentally-friendly and unlimited energy and to change the angle of a fixed frame. CONSTITUTION: A device powered by a permanent magnet comprises a fixed frame(1). A rotation plate(5) is formed in a fixed plate fixed to the fixed frame. A first permanent magnet(2) is fixed to the fixed plate, and a second permanent magnet(3) is fixed to the rotation plate. Triangular copper members are fixed to the bottom left of the first permanent magnet and the top right of the second permanent magnet.
