<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the enhancement of the restoration properties of a leading end part from U-shaped bending in a medical guide wire and the prevention of the development of the U-shaped bending of the guide wire in use of the guide wire. <P>SOLUTION: The guide wire 1 includes a core shaft 2 having a leading end part reduced in diameter, an outside flexible pipe body 4 for surrounding the outer periphery of the core shaft 2 and an inside flexible pipe body 5 for surrounding the leading end part of the core shaft 2 inside the outside flexible pipe body 4. The inside flexible pipe body 5 is formed so that the outer diameter thereof is formed into a tapered shape gradually becoming fine toward the tip thereof or becoming fine stepwise toward the tip thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
