<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation operation system for an elevator allowing evacuation using the elevator before the arrival of firemen if safety conditions etc. are met even when the elevator is brought to an out-of-service state on an evacuation floor. <P>SOLUTION: An operation control means 11 controls the operation of a car. A landing call detecting means 13 is installed at a landing of each floor and detects the call registration of users. A car call detecting means 19 detects the call registration of users in the car. A fire detecting means 14 is installed in a hall of each floor or in a hoistway and detects the outbreak of a fire. When detecting the outbreak of a fire based on an output signal of the fire detecting means, an operation control means moves the car to the evacuation floor, and when detecting call registration from the landing call detecting means after the evacuation of passengers in the car, the operation control means determines the use propriety of the elevator based on the preset determination conditions of safety and use priority, and operates the elevator as an evacuation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
