<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet capable of improving contrast while keeping the brightness of image light more effectively. <P>SOLUTION: An optical sheet 10 comprises a light transmission part 13 which can transmit light and a light absorption part 14 which can absorb light between light transmission parts arranged in parallel. The light transmission part has a trapezoid or rectangle cross-section and the light absorption part has a triangle, trapezoid or rectangle cross-section. In a cross-section of a sheet thickness direction, if an angle formed by a line corresponding to a diagonal line of the light transmission part among the lines connecting end parts of a line opposed to the adjacent light absorption parts and the normal line of the sheet surface is defined as an estimated angle, the estimated angle is 15° or more and 30° or less, and in the width c at the portion where the pitch p between the light transmission parts is largest in the pitch direction among the light absorption parts, the opening ratio represented by (p-c)/p is 0.7 or more and 0.85 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
