<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot welding method by which the generation of dust from the surface of a steel sheet is suppressed, welding current is reduced as much as possible, and a joint of dissimilar materials having high joining strength is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: When a cold-rolled steel sheet and an aluminum alloy sheet are spot-welded, the sheet thickness ts of the cold-rolled steel sheet and the sheet thickness ta of the aluminum alloy sheet to be joined are controlled to specific ranges, pre-energization is beforehand performed under the condition that dust is not generated between the steel sheet and electrodes and also the aluminum alloy sheet side is not melted, thereafter, spot normal welding is performed, and the welding conditions of the spot normal welding and pre-energization satisfy relational expression settled based on each energization condition and each sheet thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
