<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition exhibiting excellent controlling effect on plant diseases. <P>SOLUTION: The plant disease control composition exhibiting excellent plant disease controlling effect includes a pyridazine compound represented by formula (I) (wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a chlorine atom, a bromine atom, a cyano group or a methyl group; and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom) and one or more kinds of azole compounds selected from group (A).
