<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition which has excellent fretting resistance in a wide temperature region extending from low temperature to high temperature, particularly even at a low temperature, and to provide a rolling bearing with the grease composition sealed therein. <P>SOLUTION: The grease composition includes: a base oil; a thickener; and an additive which includes at least one phosphite represented by formula (1) or (2), wherein the content of the phosphite is 0.5-4 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the base oil and the thickener (in formula (1) or (2), each of R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">5</SB>is a methyl group or an ethyl group, and R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">5</SB>may be groups identical to one another or different from one another). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
