摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device that can perform display with high quality, a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal device, and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal device includes a first alignment layer 28 and a second alignment layer 32 that are arranged on a side, that faces a liquid crystal layer 15, of at least one substrate of a pair of substrates 41 and 42 and are vertical alignment layers for substantially vertically aligning liquid crystal molecules constituting the liquid crystal layer 15; and an alignment control layer 28a (32a) for controlling an alignment direction of the liquid crystal molecules, the alignment control layer 28a (32a) being arranged at a side of the alignment layer 28 (32) facing the liquid crystal layer 15.
