<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring device and an image measuring method with a high degree of freedom. <P>SOLUTION: The image measuring device related to this invention includes: imaging means; and arithmetic means for calculating coordinate information of an object to be measured from image information obtained by imaging the object to be measured by the imaging means.
