<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stacking device that stacks workpieces while maintaining the shape of the workpiece before conveyance. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet stacking device 1 for stacking sheet-like workpieces includes: a placing part 11 on which a workpiece is placed; a conveying device 20 which conveys the same while sucking at least a part on the downstream side in the conveying direction of the workpiece placed on the placing part 11; and a stacking part 30 which is arranged on the downstream side in the conveying direction of the workpiece and on which the workpiece conveyed from the conveying device 20 is placed. The conveying device 20 is configured to partially suck the workpiece, and then, to horizontally convey the workpiece while partially sucking the workpiece. The conveying device lifts the workpiece to the position higher than the placing part 11 in a first step of a horizontally-conveying process for horizontally conveying the workpiece. The conveying device switches speeds between a lifting speed and a lowering speed in a second step of the horizontally-conveying process, and lowers the workpiece toward the stacking part 30 in a third step of the horizontally-conveying process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
