IMAGE FORMING DEVICE AND PROCESS CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device and a process cartridge that can stably form an image with high quality by using a toner for electrostatic charge image development that can provide stable quality excellent in fixation image intensity with either of low-temperature fixability and blocking resistance as well as production stability, and electrophotographic photoreceptor containing a charge transport material with a certain structure.

SOLUTION: In an image forming device using at least a toner for electrostatic charge image development and electrophotographic photoreceptor, the toner contains crystalline polyester resin of 5-40 pts.mass and wax of 3-20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of polyester resin modified by at least vinyl resin, and elastic deformation rate of an outermost surface layer of the photoreceptor is equal to or greater than 40%.
