<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump which enables cost reduction of a device and simplification of the configuration, and can be explosion proofed, and which can restrain progress of degradation of the tube and reduce variations in suction pressure and discharge pressure, and a fluid injection recording device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A tube pump M is configured to pressure-feed fluid inside a tube 102 by moving a roller 103 while squeezing the tube 102.
