<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device that has a configuration for making a fold line on a sheet in a sufficient manner regardless of sheet information. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet post-processing device includes a control section 300 the input side of which is connected with a paper bundle state detector 307A that detects the state of a bundle of paper as introduced into a center folding part and as folded at the center in the center folding part, and the output side of which is connected with a driving part used in the process of center folding. The control section 300 detects changes in the state of the paper when the paper is introduced into the center folding part and when the paper is folded at the center, and then, executes an extra folding step by the center folding part according to the detected result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
