<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level detection system that accurately detects a liquid level height even if the power supply voltage of a power source varies. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid level detection system 100 detects the liquid level height of fuel reserved in a fuel tank 90 by using electric power supplied from a meter power supply circuit 10. The liquid level detection system includes a liquid level sensor 20 having a sensor power supply part 32 which stabilizes a power supply voltage Ve applied by the meter power supply circuit 10 and a current control part 35 which is applied with the stabilized voltage to output a detection current Ix with intensity corresponding to the liquid level height and a reference current I<SB POS="POST">Low</SB>,I<SB POS="POST">Hi</SB>with preset intensity; a detection circuit 50 which generates a detection voltage Vx corresponding to the intensity of the detection current Ix, and reference voltages V<SB POS="POST">Low</SB>, V<SB POS="POST">Hi</SB>corresponding to the intensity of the reference current I<SB POS="POST">Low</SB>from the power supply voltage Ve; and a meter control circuit 40 which corrects the detection voltage Vx using the reference voltages V<SB POS="POST">Low</SB>, V<SB POS="POST">Hi</SB>, and then computes the liquid level height. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
