<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead ring carrier capable of holding the shape of a stiffener. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic bag body 100 is provided between a cover body 102 and a holding plate 54. The elastic bag body 100 is configured of a ring-shaped elastic body and expands while receiving the supply of heated gas from an air compressor which is not shown in the figure. Furthermore, a projected part 102A is formed at the outer peripheral part of the cover body 102, protrudes to the side of a bead ring 14 having the stiffener, and covers the elastic bag body 100 from the radially outer side. An expansion chamber 104 is formed between the holding plate 54 and the cover body 102 by the projected part 102A. By the elastic bag body 100 expanding in the expansion chamber 104, the stiffener 14B is pressed against the holding plate 54 by the expanded elastic bag body 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
