<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a start controller and a method which are optimum for achievement of the rate of an increase in a main steam temperature and the starting time as planned on the basis of restriction on operation of a steam turbine, when performing ventilating operation of a steam turbine, at the start of a combined cycle power plant. <P>SOLUTION: This start controller in a combined cycle power plant, which generates electric power, using the motive power obtained by a gas turbine and the motive power obtained by the steam turbine by generating steam with an exhaust heat recovering boiler, with exhaust gas discharged from the gas turbine as a heat source, and supplying the steam to the steam turbine, is equipped with a correcting controller which controls the exhaust temperature of the gas turbine so that the rate of temperature change of the main steam of the steam turbine may come to a specified set temperature, at start of the combined cycle power plant, and corrects and controls the exhaust temperature of the gas turbine so that the temperature of the main steam may go up at the specified set value of rate of temperature change, based on the actually measured temperature of the main steam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
