PURPOSE: Chocolate snack using grapes, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the flavor of the grapes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chocolate snack using grapes comprises the following steps: vacuum freezing and drying the grapes for more than 20 hours at the pressure of 5mm Torr; coating the grapes with chocolate; and secondly vacuum freezing and drying the grapes at the pressure of 5mm Torr.
