<p>PURPOSE: A monitor lifting device is provided to increase the convenience of a user by lifting a monitor to the upper part and lower part of a desk. CONSTITUTION: A lifter(120) is accepted inside a supporting plate(110) and installs a monitor. A lifting member is included inside the supporting plate. An operating unit(150) selectively controls the operation of the lifting member. The lifter includes a height controller(130) for changing the height of the monitor.
