PURPOSE: A method for providing mobile webpage advertisement and a system thereof are provided to selectively insert an effective advertisement object for a mobile browser by determining a browser type to request a webpage. CONSTITUTION: A browser determining unit(215) determines a browser type by analyzing the HTTP request received from a user terminal. A webpage analyzing unit(220) finds and analyzes a tag defined in template information. If the browser type is a mobile browser, an advertisement inserting unit(230) substitutes an analyzed tag for an advertisement script which displays an advertisement object stored in an advertisement data base.
