PURPOSE: A position recording apparatus which uses a global positioning system and an acceleration sensor is provided to rescue a vehicle involved in an accident without excessive costs or separate space by automatically recording accident information of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A location measurement device(21) measures location information of a vehicle involved in an accident. A time measurement device(32) measures driving time of the vehicle. The time measurement device detects a time point when the accident is occurred. A storage device(24) stores information with respect to the vehicle and passengers of the vehicle. The storage device stores location information in which emergency aid is enabled. A detection device(22) detects a moment of a vehicle collision. An output device(25) outputs a sensor signal to a recording medium by amplifying the sensor signal.
