PURPOSE: A prefabricated soundproof wall module is provided to facilitate construction and maintenance regardless of lengths and heights of soundproof walls. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated soundproof wall module(500) comprises a housing(100), a soundproof plate(200), and a noise offset member(300). The housing forms an outer case of a soundproof module to protect noise reduction parts(210) and the noise offset member from external impact. The housing comprises a rear finishing material(110) and side finishing materials(120). The rear finishing material covers the rear side of the housing and the side finishing material covers both sides of the housing. The soundproof plate is arranged in the front side of the rear finishing material, in other words, between side finishing materials. The soundproof plate forms a first space in the front of the rear finishing material and offset vehicle noise. The soundproof plate has three noise reduction parts. The noise reduction part comprises a noise reflection plane(220), a first noise reflection plate(230), a second noise reflection plate(240), and a closing plate(250). The noise offset member is arranged among the noise reduction parts of the soundproof plate to form a second space.
