摘要 PURPOSE: A rapid-hardening molding method of heating-insulating material using metal alkoxide substituted active complex is provided to mold sodium silicate at low temperature in short time by using metal alkoxide organometallic compound as a rapid-hardening agent. CONSTITUTION: A rapid-hardening molding method of heating-insulating material using metal alkoxide substituted active complex comprises steps of adding metal alkoxide organometallic compound as a hardener of sodium silicate and molding a panel. The metal alkoxide is alkyl-aryl lithium. The heating-insulating material panel can comprise 4 different composition ratios: 55-60 weight% of sodium silicate, 3-5 weight% of alkylaryl lithium, 5-8 weight% of aluminium sulfate, and remaining amount of pearlite(8); 55-60 weight% of sodium silicate, 3-5 weight% of alkylaryl lithium, 6-9 weight% of magnesium sulfate, and remaining amount of pearlite; 55-60 weight% of sodium silicate, 3-5 weight% of alkylaryl lithium, 4-7 weight% of barium sulfate, and remaining amount of pearlite; or 55-60 weight% of sodium silicate, 3-5 weight% of alkylaryl lithium, 10-15 weight% of superphosphate of lime, and remaining amount of pearlite.
