PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery electrode including a step of acquiring an active material having improved conductive material dispersibility and conductivity.

SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery electrode includes a step of acquiring an active material in which a metallic conductive material is supported by dispersing and supporting a metallic compound which is a conductive material precursor on a surface of the active material in an electroless plating method and a step of forming an active material layer including the active material and a binder on a collector without adding conductive materials other than the metallic conductive material.
