<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image processing apparatus capable of displaying an image obtained by superimposing information indicating transition of an image parameter on a moving image while suppressing increase in the throughput of image processing. <P>SOLUTION: An image parameter extraction unit 20 extracts an image parameter indicating the characteristic of a frame from the frame constituting a moving image. When a pixel to be drawn is included in a predetermined drawing range, a drawing unit 10 sets a calculated value obtained by calculation from transition information between the frames of the image parameter and the position of the pixel to be drawn to be the pixel value of the pixel to be drawn.
