<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal device capable of finely operating a pedal, without generating incompatible feeling in the step-in operation of the pedal, even if the pedal is shortened to make an installation space of musical instrument small as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: A pedal device comprises a pedal chassis 9 provided on a pedal case 8, a pedal 10 moving while rotating in vertical direction to the pedal chassis 9, and a rotation holding mechanism 11 holding a rear portion of the pedal 10 so as to move in the vertical direction to the pedal chassis 9. When stepping on the pedal 10, the rear portion of the pedal 10 can be moved downward by the rotation holding mechanism 11 according to the rotating action of the pedal 10. Therefore, even if the length in a fore-and-aft direction of the pedal 10 is made to be short, the whole of the pedal 10 can be moved downward while rotating, so that a rotation angle of the pedal 10 can be made to be small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
