<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where a folder and the like to be operated are difficult to be found if folders and files of all users are displayed when a user having an administrative right accesses a storage device of a data processing device. <P>SOLUTION: A data processing device determines whether a user has an administrative right and whether an access source is a local or network and, if an access is from the local, does not display folders of all users even if the user has an administrative right.
