<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance business processing system allowing a user to quickly and correctly send a document to a transaction center without requiring specific equipment when having the document to be urgently sent to the transaction center from an agency or a business store in insurance business. <P>SOLUTION: Using a mobile phone with a camera function, the user sends image information obtained by imaging relevant documents to be necessarily and urgently transacted and the accident situation to a transaction center 500. The transaction center continuously reads each of images of documents 510 (images on both sides) sent from a business store (610), and keeps processing, displaying the read images on a display screen on an operation terminal, while the image information sent from the mobile phone is treated in the same manner as the read image information, passed to an automatic recognition processing of a character code and correction of the recognition result by displaying the recognition result and the original image in parallel, and sent to a final work system 700 for each operation where screening, assessment and settlement are conducted.
