WHEEL BEARING WITH SENSOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with a sensor capable of obtaining continuous estimated loads in accordance with various input load states while reducing load estimation errors by correcting non-linear characteristics of the sensor.

SOLUTION: A sensor unit is attached to a fixed side member out of an outer member and an inner member of the wheel bearing and a load estimation means 30 for estimating loads from a sensor output signal is arranged. The load estimation means 30 includes: a load estimation operation part 35 for operating loads by using an estimation operation formula; an evaluation value calculation part 32 for calculating an evaluation value Ei to be a parameter switching index of the estimation operation formula from a plurality of sensor output signals; and a parameter switching part 34 for switching parameters based on a result obtained by comparing the evaluation value Ei with a threshold Ci. The load estimation operation part 35 includes an operation correction part 35a for correcting an operation result by combining two load estimation results operated by the parameters in both evaluation value areas sandwiching the threshold Ci within a fixed evaluation value area including the threshold Ci.
