<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fastener which enables locking pieces to be effectively locked on a trough part of a screw when an internal thread part is formed on the inner circumferential surface of a mounting hole. <P>SOLUTION: The locking pieces 22 is arranged at constant pitches (1 mm) along an insertion direction to constitute locking-piece lines 26. Four locking-piece lines 26 are provided when viewed from the insertion direction. Moreover, the position of the locking pieces 22 in the insertion direction between locking-piece lines 26 is displaced between the locking-piece lines 26. The locking pieces 22 are arranged to be displaced by 0.25 mm (1/4 of the pitch (1 mm)) in the insertion direction to the locking pieces 22 of adjacent locking-piece lines 26. This structure enables the locking pieces 22 to be effectively locked on the trough part of the screw when the internal thread part 44A is formed on the inner circumferential surface (the internal thread part 44A of a weld nut 44) of a mounting hole 46. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
