PURPOSE: A system recovery method and a computing device having a system recovery function are provided to continuously use a system through a recovery function and to protect a system from virus by combining a recovery function of an existing recovery solution. CONSTITUTION: A first anti-virus program(1232) is installed to a main OS(Operating System)(1231). The first anti-virus program checks and treats infection of system virus. A second anti-virus program(1242) is installed in a recovery OS(1241). The second anti-virus program treats the virus infection of the system. A recovery partition(124) stores profile and log repository(1243).
