PURPOSE: A wet type dust collecting apparatus is provided to generate purified gas based on a droplet-based primary dust collecting process, a water-based secondary dust collecting process, and a third dust separating and collecting process. CONSTITUTION: A wet type dust collecting apparatus includes a scrubber housing(110) and a venturi scrubber(120). Water is contained in the lower region of the scrubber housing. An exhaust pipe(111) is in connection with the inner space of the scrubber housing is formed at one upper region of the scrubber housing. A gas inlet(121) is arranged at the upper side of the venturi scrubber to supply gas into the scrubber housing. A gas flow path is formed in the venturi scrubber in order to contact gas with water.
