摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum charge forming device and method which minimizes manufacturing costs and reduces a calculation load to allow automatization. <P>SOLUTION: The optimum charge forming device includes: slab extraction means 14 which extracts, on the basis of order information of slabs, slabs which meet a charge restrictive condition including at least components of a charge being a manufacturing unit at a converter and a mold shape of a continuous casting device in a tapping destination and can be manufactured with the same charge; provisional charge forming means 15 which generates a plurality of charge formations by variously combining the slabs extracted by the slab extraction means; cost calculation means 16 which calculates costs based on at least charge components, a weight, a delivery date, and whether secondary processing such as degassing is necessary or not on the basis of a prescribed evaluation formula with respect to each of the plurality of charge formations generated by the provisional charge forming means; and charge formation determination means 17 which determines a provisional charge formation which minimizes evaluation criteria of charges being the sum total of costs calculated by the cost calculation means, as the optimum charge formation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
