<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat at low cost, a micropowder containing fluorine, calcium, selenium and heavy metals in chlorine by-pass dusts or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A slurry is produced by mixing a micropowder containing fluorine, calcium, selenium and heavy metals, water, and a sulfurizing agent, and solid-liquid separated to thereby obtain a solid content and a liquid content; the liquid content is discharged and the solid content is made to be a slurry, and thereafter subjected to a flotation; and waste water generated in the flotation is used in a cement production facility. After the solid content is made to be a slurry, sulfuric acid and a collector are added and the flotation can then be carried out; an alkali is added to waste water generated in the flotation to regulate pH; the tail after the pH regulation is solid-liquid separated; and a part of waste water obtained by solid-liquid separation of the obtained liquid content and froth can be used in a cement production facility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
