<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise rigidity of an optical unit used for a vehicular lamp fitting. <P>SOLUTION: The optical unit 100 used for a vehicular lamp fitting includes a heat sink 130 for radiating heat of a light source module 200, a base section 150 having a reflector-mounting section 152, a lens-mounting section 154, and a combining section 156 of the reflector-mounting section 152 and the lens-mounting section 154, wherein light of the light source module 200 is reflected with a reflector 110 mounted on the reflector-mounting section 152 and is incident to a projection lens 102 mounted on the lens-mounting section 154, and a coupling mechanism 170 of the heat sink 130 and the base section 150. The heat sink 130 has an extension section 134 extended further toward front of an optical axis direction of the optical unit 100 rather than a front end of the reflector-mounting section 152 past a lower part of the reflector-mounting section 152, and the coupling mechanism 170 couples the coupling section 156 and the extension section 134. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
