摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device which is free from luminance unevenness on a light-emitting surface, is excellent in productivity, and employs an organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination device includes a light-emitting unit comprising an anode 2, a cathode 4 provided so as to face the anode 2, and a light-emitting layer 3 provided between the anode 2 and the cathode 4. The illumination device also includes an anode conductive layer 21 which supplies a power-supply voltage to the anode 2 and is connected to it, and a cathode conductive layer 41 which supplies a power-supply voltage to the cathode 4 and is connected to it.
