<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle which can raise the temperature of a battery in a cold state of a battery in accordance with a condition of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of the vehicle includes: the battery mounted in the vehicle and internally generating heat when power is discharged; a generator performing synchronous rotation with an internal combustion engine; a battery temperature detecting means detecting the temperature of the battery; a battery discharge electric energy calculating means calculating maximum discharge electric energy of the battery; a required electric energy calculating means calculating required electric energy required for the vehicle based on the vehicle condition; and a control means driving the generator by means of discharge electric power of the battery to rotate the internal combustion engine, when the internal combustion engine stops and the temperature of the battery is a predetermined value or lower, and when the required electric energy is the maximum discharge electric energy of the battery or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
