<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an LED wiring board to be divided in various sizes, with use of them being possible before and after division, and to simplify the dividing work on the LED wiring board, with circuit design being simplified. <P>SOLUTION: Wiring patterns P4 and P5 are formed to electrify an LED 21 in the plane direction of an LED wiring board 2. A division groove 2M is formed in thickness direction on the surface of the LED wiring board 2, being so provided as to cross the wiring patterns P4 and P5 in planner direction, for dividing the LED wiring board 2 in a plurality of pieces.
