<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive portable electronic device which can connect an antenna having a plurality of different shapes, and to provide a processing system for the portable electronic device and a processing method for the portable electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A portable electronic device (20) capable of mounting a resonance section (24) for generating an electrical signal in response to radio waves output from an external device (10) includes: transmission/reception sections (29 and 30) for performing signal processing of the electrical signal generated by the resonance section; a set information storage section (28a) for previously storing a parameter for every antenna size of the resonance section; an antenna size storage section (28) for storing information indicating the antenna size of the resonance section; and transmission/reception characteristics control section (25) for reading a parameter corresponding to the information indicating the antenna size stored in the antenna size storage section from the set information storage section, and controlling transmission/reception characteristics of the transmission/reception section on the basis of the read parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
