<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dense high-activity photocatalyst film applicable also to an amorphous substrate containing glass by high temperature baking after film forming in relation to stable aqueous coating liquid containing water-soluble titanium complex. <P>SOLUTION: The inventors have found out that: an aqueous coating liquid containing a water-soluble titanium compound, where a ketone compound and an organic carboxylic acid ion are coupled to a titanium ion, and where the mole ratio of the ketone to the titanium ions is one or less, is kept to be dissolved stably, and becomes a dense film exhibiting high photocatalyst activity by baking at a high temperature after film forming. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
